partners, and/or individuals when necessary for:
- Carrying out our work
- Establishing and maintaining genuine contact
- Maintaining proper administration
- Complying with laws and regulations
- Preserving our company’s historical archive
- Legitimate self-interest
In accordance with the GDPR, we do not store more data than

what personal data we store, in which systems, for how long, and
the procedures we follow for storing and deleting this data.

this register and, if desired, ask our data manager to delete their
personal data. Our processing register can be requested by phone

We want to emphasize that the Centre for Systemic Design is an
organization committed to bringing about changes in the economy
and society that eliminate the need for GDPR regulations. The last
thing we want is to collect data and information from our
customers and contacts solely for our own benefit. The core
values of our company are transparency, trust, and reciprocity. In
our view, these values provide a much stronger safeguard against
the misuse of personal data than a regulation. Finally, we would
like to point out that while we can delete personal data, we cannot
undo the past.

Cookies
When you visit the Centre for Systemic Design website, a small
file (cookie) is placed on your computer’s hard drive. We collect
aggregated data (using these cookies) to understand how our

they do recognize a user’s computer. We do not knowingly share

are anonymous.
Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but if you

We aim to share our knowledge. Therefore, visitors to our website
can download documents, presentations, fact sheets, etc. When
you do so, we may ask for your email address. These email

Sharing knowledge, in our view, involves people. If this process
were entirely depersonalized, with no relationship allowed or
legally permitted, we believe it would no longer be knowledge
sharing but simply giving away knowledge.
